REPORTING PROGRAM CRASHES
If you find an error or a a scenario that crashes the TRX programs, please report it by phone, e-mail address, or via our web-form.
In case of e-mail contact, we recommend attaching a screenshot at the time the crash. The information such as program version, software version on the recorder and computer operating system on which the program was running will also be useful.
