KSRC SERIES CALL RECORDERS

KSRC series call recorders are the flagship product of TRX company.

The modular design would help keep down costs and allow for future expansion.

All present producted models: KSRC 332, KSRC 5128, KSRC 308 2U oraz KSRC 316 2U have 3U or 2U RACK EIA -310-D housing.

KSRC call recorders can be also run on server platforms equipped with free USB 2.0 (Hi-Speed) or 3.0 (SuperSpeed) ports (e.g. DELL PowerEdge R320).

• motherboard and TRX base plate,
• single hard drive or RAID 1 matrix,
• interface boards for TDM recording,
• signle or redundant 230 V AC or 48 V DC power pack,
• housing with HDD trayless mobile rack.

Recorded calls are stored on a dedicated hard drive (or RAID array) in a specific format, that is supported only by the recorder. This solution makes it impossible to change the contents of stored recordings or delete them.
TEL operating system (TRX Embedded Linux) is installed on a separate flash memory, so disk failure does not cause holdup the recorder. The use of RAID 1 (hardware or software) allows you to completely recover data after one drive failure.

KSRC series recorders allow:

• recording telephone and radio calls on hard disc drive with accurate time, date and channel info,
• recording numbers of call parties in case of ISDN, system or analogue (with FSK signaling) lines,
• recording calls from ISDN PRI lines (except KSRC 308),
• recording calls from internal digital PBX station: Siemens, Avaya, Alcatel, Panasonic, BOSCH, Coral, Ericsson, Matra, Nortel (Kapsch), Philips and DGT, Slican, Platan,
• VoIP calls recording (except KSRC 308 and KSRC 316),
• define the criteria for recording for each channel of the recorder,
• call data encryption,
• support for local and remote (via TCP/IP network) management and operating.
